General Terms and Conditions of the Prize Draw

1. Organizer of the Prize Draw:
   The organizer of the prize draw is ETT Lighting d.o.o., with its registered office at Dobrna 7, 3204 Dobrna, registration number: 1910230000, tax number: 55102239.
2. Purpose of the Prize Draw:
   The purpose of the prize draw is to promote the products and services of ETT Lighting d.o.o. on the website www.ledsvetila.si and increase interaction with existing and potential customers.
3. Duration of the Prize Draw:
   The prize draw runs from December 2, 2024, to January 1, 2025, until 23:59.
4. Eligibility to Participate:
   All natural persons with permanent residence in Slovenia who are 18 years or older are eligible to participate. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
5. How to Participate:
   To participate in the prize draw, entrants must:
   • Make a purchase on the website www.ledsvetila.si with a total order value exceeding €100.
6. Prize:
   The prize is a Google Nest Mini 2nd Generation Smart Speaker, Charcoal (link). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Winner Selection:
   The winner will be selected randomly using a draw tool. The draw will take place on January 8, 2025, at 14:00 at the organizer's office.
8. Announcement of the Winner:
   The winner will be announced within 10 days on the website www.ledsvetila.si and will also be personally notified via the email address provided when placing their order.
9. Prize Collection:
   The winner must provide their details (name, surname, address, phone number) to the organizer within 10 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to do so within the stipulated time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize.
10. Data Protection:
    The organizer undertakes to use participants' personal data exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw, notifying the winners, and delivering the prizes. Personal data will be protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Participants' data will be retained for 30 days after the conclusion of the prize draw and then permanently deleted. Participants have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and transfer their data, as well as the right to object. 11. Organizer's Liability:
    The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or irregularities that could affect the conduct of the prize draw.
12. Final Provisions:
    The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules if required by legal, technical, or commercial reasons. Any changes will be communicated to participants via the LEDSvetila website.

By participating in the prize draw, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
